Meet Matthew Gier, Owner
Trainer, Consultant and Coach
Matt brings together experience in higher education, corporate training and individual coaching. He helps project managers connect classroom learning with the challenges they face at work.
He teaches at Lewis University, Rasmussen University, Indiana Tech and Computer Systems Institute. His corporate training experience includes the Chicago Bears, USPS and UPS.
As an ICF-credentialed coach, Matt helps leaders work through hard decisions and stalled projects, with a focus on practical next steps.
